Our services at a glance
Laser cutting
High-speed laser cutting in XXL: Our modern fiber laser cutting systems offer greatest possible precision up to format sizes of 3000 mm width and 25,000 mm length at very high cutting speeds. We cut sheet thicknesses up to 30 mm in steel, stainless steel (oxide-free) and aluminum.
Bevel cuts: Up to a width of 2500 mm we can apply bevel cuts e.g. as weld seam preparation up to +/- 45°. Up to 3000 mm width we can also offer bevel cuts up to +/- 45° for internal contours.
Cost-effectiveness: The high cutting speed of the fiber laser as well as an automated sheet loading and unloading unit increase cost-effectiveness even in the area of small-format blanks. Complex contours and hole patterns can be produced regardless of batch size. Signing of tear lines, markings and auxiliary lines reduces the effort and cost of subsequent processing steps.
Quality: The angular deviation of max. 0.3 mm and a low heat-affected zone allow subsequent welding without further preparatory work. The low heat input facilitates subsequent mechanical processing and enables components with virtually no distortion.
Tolerances: We guarantee a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm and a repeatability of +/- 0.05 mm as well as a cutting tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm/m cutting length. The other tolerances are in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9013 or individual agreements.

Waterjet cutting
Our 2D/3D waterjet cutting system with two cutting heads and a cutting area of 3000 mm width and 10,000 mm length processes metals, steel and stainless steel as well as plastics, stone, glass and other materials up to a thickness of 250 mm. Waterjet cuts perform with high precision and no structural changes to the material. The 3D technology allows complex designs and often replaces machining.

Bending
With our hydraulic CNC-controlled press brakes with working lengths of 3000 mm, 6000 mm, 10,000 mm and 12,000 mm as well as press forces of 800 kN to 20,000 kN, we have the right answer for almost every requirement.
A wide range of special tools allows the production of complex profiles. Special upper and lower die sets are primarily designed for processing high-strength and wear-resistant steels with high springback. Variable bottom tools help to reduce set-up times.

Assembly manufacturing
The welding production of complete assemblies is certified according to EN1090/EXC-2. We manufacture with certified welders and skilled workers. If desired, we also deliver the components ready painted (powder/wet paint) or hot-dip galvanized.
We use the most common welding methods, such as MIG, MAG and TIG. Our overhead crane systems are designed for unit weights up to 10 tons. Further processing such as drilling, countersinking, thread cutting, chamfering and weld seam preparation complete our range of services.

CAD programming
We offer support in the design of your construction, preferably during the early design phase, in order to help you to optain the most cost-effective solution suitable to your constructive requirements.
Data processing: We process all common file formats, also in 3D-CAD, such as STEP, IGES, PRT etc. as well as DXF and DWG.
Your data is in safe hands with us. Our information technology is always up to date and allows the trouble-free exchange of data in all common CAD file formats. Archiving, data maintenance and backup are common elements of our quality assurance.
